If you would like to meet another family or small group to participate in an Amity Connection, please fill out the following registration form. We will keep the information you enter confidential and won't share it with any outside organization. We're asking the questions we do so we can better match you with someone in a similar situation to yourself.

We'll contact you if we see another interested participant in your area and introduce you to each other.
