1st Pittsburgh Christian Muslim Tea Forum

. Tohe first Christian Muslim Tea Forum was held in Pittsburgh, PA t the Valley Brook Country Club. 10 Pittsburgh Evangelical Churches were represented as well as a local student ministry (Pittsburgh Regional International Student Ministry) and a Christian University. Mosques from each geographic area of the city were also present. The Alam Strategy Group was a cosponsor along with the GW Amity Series.
Dr. Syeed, the President of the Islamic Society of North America as well as Azhar Azeez, the President of Islamic Relief spoke in addition to Efty Alam and Jack Rusenko. The focus of the meeting was small group interaction between the Christian and Muslim leaders. The feedback was positive and a follow up meeting is planned for the fall of 2019.
